Laboratory of Neural Circuit Modulation to be started at Baylor.

I am excited to announce the start of our new research group at the Epilepsy Research Center at the Department of Neurology, Baylor College of Medicine. After completing my postdoc at Stanford University, California, I have been appointed as Assistant Professor and McNair Scholar at Baylor. We have received generous support from the McNair Foundation and an R00 grant from the NINDS to study inhibitory interneurons and use neuromodulation to inhibit epilepsy. We will start in January, 2023.

Our next step is to build a team to tackle our questions. We are recruiting creative and motivated people at multiple roles - check out our Research and Open Positions pages and spread the word! And visit us when you're in Houston.
